Shakib al Hasan has credited IPL for his performance against India. He added that he has played against all the Indian players and knows their game well. Being neutral, he admitted that the negative part is that the Indians also know about his game too.

Shakib joined the league of bowlers with 100 Test wickets, after he picked 4 wickets in the Indian innings and all those being of the top order batsman i.e Shikhar Dhawan, Murali Vijay, Rohit Sharma and Ajinkya Rahane.

Shakib admitted that the pitch has got nothing for the bowlers and all he had to do was to bowl in the right areas and wait for the batsman to commit any mistake. Though, he admitted that Bangladeshi bowlers were wayward on the 1st day.

Talking of the Indian batting, he said that they were very cautious in the 1st hour of the 1st day, but since then they, especially Dhawan took the attack to the opposition. He further added that the approach of the Bangladeshi bowlers was wrong on the 1st day of the Test match.

He also added that the Indian batsman wanted to score quick runs and lost their wickets. With all the 3 days of the Test match already affected by the rain, it is very unlkely that the match will see any result.
