In the wake of partaking in famous dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 7, former India Test cricketer Shanthakumaran Sreesanth is set to be seen in an alternate reality show, “Bigg Boss”.
Bigg Boss, which is adapted from Netherlands’ Big Brother, has seen numerous cricketers participating in it previously. Sreesanth was banned from cricket for by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) last September, has already being involved in movies and reality shows. This will be his third reality show.
Sreesanth is soon to begin taking a shot at his debut film. Sreesanth’s film is all set to go on the screens by October 3, not long from now. The Kerala based cricketer has likewise created music and delivered six tunes for a Tamil film.
The 31-year-old cricketer had left Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, in the wake of having a confrontation with celebrity judges Madhuri Dixit, Remo D’souza and Karan Johar, when they brought up imperfections in his execution. Not withstanding, later on he said that the upheaval was because of injury.
“The upheaval was more in light of the disillusionment than resentment as I was doing greatly well on the show amid the previous six weeks. I think I simply had an awful day. It was wrong timing and wrong decision of tune.” Sreesanth told PTI. He said he couldn’t move to his maximum capacity as he sustained an injury in his back few minutes prior to his performance.
Will Sreesanth be able to withstand the rough conditions and environment in the Big Boss house? Only time will tell.
