“Three-Dimensional Cricketers Are A Very Sensitive Topic In This Part Of The World,”- Dinesh Karthik Reminds 3-D Controversy

Ravindra Jadeja has always been the highest-rated all-rounder across formats. Not just for his abilities with the bat and bowl, which has once again been on display in the ongoing first Test between India and Australia in Nagpur, but also for his terrific fielding. During the commentary on Star Sports Hayden resurfaced the term “three-dimensional cricketer”   for Jadeja who has been in sublime form.

 Dinesh Karthik was quick to respond and called it a ‘sensitive topic’ in this part of the world, Karthik’s conversation with Hayden reminded the famous Vijay Shankar selection in the 2019 ODI World Cup over Ambati Rayudu.

 “Come on, don’t keep the suspense any longer,” Hayden teased Shastri.

“Maybe Ravi bhai can enlighten you on that,” Karthik said.

“I don’t think I have ever witnessed Ravi Shastri backing down from a challenge. “What is it, big fella?”

Ravi Shastri, who was then the head coach of the Indian team, immediately diverted the topic to Rohit nearing his milestone century. However, both Karthik and Hayden trying to get a comment out of him on the matter. Dinesh Karthik was also part of the team during the 2019 world cup.

Dinesh Karthik Has Impressed The Fans With His Commentary

Dinesh Karthik is making his debut as the home team’s commentator in the ongoing Test between India and Australia. The wicket-keeper batsman was part of the Indian team in the recently concluded T20 world cup. Having worked as a commentator for the UK’s Sky Sports in the past. He has now joined the BCCI’s English commentary team for the Border-Gavaskar series.

Karthik has been constantly in touch with his fans over social media and many fans are very impressed by his commentary. The RCB star has fallen out of favor with the Indian Team Following India’s exit in the semifinal of the T20 world cup. Karthik who is part of Royal Challengers Bangalore for IPL 2023 will look to contribute to the team to win their maiden IPL title.
