Tom Moody has gone with opening pair Shikhar Dhawan and KL Rahul. Both the duo have an extraordinary season for their respective franchise. Shikhar Dhawan, who plays for Delhi Capitals, created history by becoming the first batsman in IPL history to score a consecutive century while Kings XI Punjab captain KL Rahul is currently the orange cap holder, scoring 670 runs in 14 matches.

Batting at number third, Moody has picked Mumbai Indians player Suryakumar Yadav, who has played excellent knocks for his side to take the games home. He has, so far, scored 461 runs in 15 matches. AB de Villiers called Mr. 360, unarguably gets the place at number four. Although he has not taken the trophy home, the proteas have entertained fans with his fiery knocks.
Another Mumbai Indians player Ishan Kishan, who has played marvellous spell with his power-hitting, has impressed Tom Moody. Rajasthan Royals allrounder Rahul Tewatia, who is the find of the IPL this season, deserves to be in the playing XI of IPL 2020. With his powerful knocks, he created an impact in the last overs while with his bowling, he suffocated batsmen to score against him. Apart from bat and ball, he is a great asset to the team in fielding.

In the bowling department, Tom Moddy has picked up the two best leg spinners of the league, Yuzvendra Chahal and Rashid Khan. For the pace battery, Kagiso Rabada, Jasprit Bumrha and Yuzvendra Chahal undoubtedly get the place.
