Pakistan‘s batting has been very poor in recent days and the signs are not very positive. They have kept on losing games because of poor batting display. In such conditions, a wicket keeper coming up and showing the way is priceless. Sarfraz Ahmed did the same, scoring a century in just 80 balls to put Pakistan in a comfortable position. He innings ended at 109 from just 105 balls.
This saw the twitter world erupt , praising the wicket keeper batsman for his consistency along with some jokes thrown in there to spice it up.
Here are some of the bests :
Sarfraz Ahmed reached his 100 off 80-ball, the 2nd fastest Test 100 by a wicketkeeper after Gilchrist (57-ball v Eng, Perth 2006). #PAKvAUS

The only slightly sad thing about this knock is it could end the Test careers of all of the Akmals.

As the theory goes, Sarfraz’s next century will be after 4 comebacks now. #PAKvAUS

When Sarfaraz kissed the ground, I trust it wasn’t in a place where the English had pissed. #PAKvAUS

Well played young man. Super innings. Took it to the Aussies. Fearless, gutsy, flawless.

They could make a highlights DVD of that celebration. And I would buy it

Safraz Ahmed is the sort of friend who offers to help with your house move, and then does all the heavy lifting on his own.
