Twitterati react to India’s poor batting, brutally troll Shikhar Dhawan

West Indies skipper Jason Holder’s decision to bowl first was well supported by his bowlers as they reduced the Indian team to 87 for the loss of 3 wickets in the first session. India started poorly and lost opener Shikhar Dhawan with only nine runs on the board. The left-handed batsman, who scored 84 in the first Test, was dismissed by pacer Shannon Gabriel when he tried to steer a short ball but only managed to edge it to the keeper. Dhawan scored only 1 run. Debutant pacer Alzarri Joseph piled more trouble on the Indian team when he dismissed in-form Indian skipper Virat Kohli for only 3. KL Rahul and Ajinkya Rahane then added 58 runs, before Rahul was dismissed just after he reached his fifty. Rohit Sharma(9) and Rahane (17) will resume the batting after the lunch and would look to take the team to a commanding position.
Let us see how the fans on Twitter reacted to the match so far:
Switched the channels…and Rahul fell. First time failed to convert a 50 into a hundred. Well played still. Was tough early on. #WIvIND

Alzarri Joseph, you beauty! What a great start for the 19-year old! Pace, bouncy, carry! 1st test wicket of Kohli. What a moment! #IndvsWI

Dhawan has only shown how ridiculous a decision it is to drop arguably India's best test batsmen for the last 2 years now. #WIvsIND
