Uncapped South African chinaman bowler Tabraiz Shamsi has replaced injured star spinner Samuel Badree. Samuel Badree was in outstanding form in the recently concluded T20 World Cup and it will be a huge responsibility for the IPL debutant to fill the void left by him.

The 26-year old has represented Dolphins, Easterns, Gauteng, Gauteng Under-19s, KwaZulu-Natal, KwaZulu-Natal Inland, Lions, South Africa A,St Kitts and Nevis Patriots, Titans.
Royal Challengers Bangalore announced the change on their Instagram account.

RCB bowling coach Allan Donald welcomed Shamsi to the bold squad and said, “Meet our new mysterious spinner. He has arrived from Johannesburg this morning. Yet to get to know him a lot better but I’ve seen him bowl for the Titans. He is very successful with what he’s done in the past couple of years so I think Dan has made a good buy for us. So look out for a lot of mystery balls in there!”
