Meanwhile, the player has been released by the IPL franchise Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) before the auction. Yuvraj Singh, who also plays for Maratha Arabians, detected that Kolkata Knight Riders would regret releasing him after seeing the players outstanding game in T10 League.
“Chris (Lynn) was outstanding today, unbelievable hits,” Yuvraj, told reporters after the game.
“He is someone I have seen in the IPL. He has given some great starts to KKR. I really don’t understand why they have not retained him. I think it is a bad call, must send SRK a message on that. Chris was just outstanding today,” he added.
KKR has released 11 players which include some big names like Robin Uthappa, Chris Lynn and Joe Denly. KKR have 35.65 crores left in their purse.
Yuvraj Singh Wants to play more foreign leagues
Yuvraj Singh retired from international cricket this year during the Cricket World Cup. The player got the No Objection Certificate (NOC) from BCCI to play in the T10 League. He wants to continue playing the foreign leagues for two to three years and after which he will plan to apply his hands in coaching.
“There are a lot of leagues coming up in the next two to three years, so I am looking forward to playing a few of them. It’s good for me that I play for about two or three months, instead of playing the whole year. I am enjoying that for the next few years and then hopefully can get into coaching after practising that side by side,” he said.
