English giants Arsenal and Chelsea are all set to lock horns against each other to seal the transfer of Argentine wonderkid Naza Bazan Vera and both the clubs are monitoring the youngster according to reports.
English daily The Sun claim that both the clubs, along with La Liga outfits Villarreal are interested in securing the services of the 17-year-old from the Argentine Primera Division side Velez Sarsfield.
Bazan Vera is yet to make an appearance for Velez Sarsfield’s first-team but the 17-year-old striker has been prolific in his age group for the Argentinian outfit and is expected to get promoted to the first team in the upcoming season
The interested clubs have been alerted by the fact that he would not need to gain a work permit, as he has a European passport, which will allow him to move instantaneously.
The Scouts have reportedly compared him to fellow Argentine sensation Paulo Dybala, who is currently playing for Serie A giants Juventus. The scouts have also reported that the youngster can make an immediate pact with his physique.
