Arsenal are set to play Everton in the final of Barclays Asia Trophy.

Both teams have fielded a very strong line up.

Arsenal XI vs Everton: Cech, Bellerin, Koscielny, Chambers, Gibbs, Ramsey, Cazorla, Wilshere, Ozil, Walcott, Giroud

Everton XI vs Arsenal: Robles, Coleman, Stones, Jagielka, Garbutt, Barry, McCarthy, Deulofeu, Naismith, Cleverley, Kone

The final is going to take place at the 55,000-capacity Singapore National Stadium on Saturday.

Arsenal is going to start the match with almost their best line up.

The match is going to be a tight one from what it seems from the line ups and one can merely know it is only a friendly tournament.

Arsenal beat a Singapore Select XI 4-0 on Wednesday with a hat trick from Chuba Akpom and another from Jack Wilshere.

Everton qualified for the final with a 5-4 win on penalties against Stoke after a 0-0 draw in normal time.

“Everton’s game on Wednesday against Stoke was very competitive,” Wenger told a news conference. “Both teams were competitive and there were some really tough tackles in that game. Besides, Everton will be really focused to winning this tournament and starting the season on a high as they did not have a great last season.”

Midfielder Aaron Ramsey told the press that he is looking to use the Barclays Asia Trophy to shape himself for the 2015-16 English Premier League campaign.

“I am looking forward to playing against Everton,” he said. “These are demanding conditions — very hot and humid. However, it is good to test oneself against a good opposition in these conditions. Hopefully, the tournament will help me get back to my best form.

“More than anything else, it has been an overwhelming experience playing in front of a passionate and knowledgeable Singapore crowd.”
