Arsenal play host to Olympique Lyonnais in the second match of the Emirates Cup 2015. The Gunners will look forward to reclaim the title after 5 seasons and clinch their fourth title in the process.

The other two teams who are featuring in this tournament are Germany’s Wolfsburg and La Liga side Villarreal CF.

Arsenal will be high on confidence after an impressive performance at the Barclays Asia trophy. The Gunners thumped local side Singapore XI 4-0 and defeated Premier League side Everton FC 3-1 to win the trophy.

The main attraction in today’s match will be the presence of Arsenal target French striker Alexandre Lacazette who will be playing for the visiting side Lyon against Arsenal.

Arsene Wenger would likely field a stronger unit to test his squad. New arrival Petr Cech, who had a great day at office in the Barclays Asia Trophy final will be there in the starting lineup. Theo Walcott too will start the game in the right wing position as Alexis Sanchez is out of action due to an injury.

Likely starting lineup:

Possible XI: Cech; Chambers, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Gibbs; Coquelin, Ramsey; Walcott, Ozil, Chamberlain; Giroud

Olympique Lyonnais

Possible XI: Lopes; Dabo, Umtiti, Rose, Jallet; Gonalons; Tolisso, Ferri; Gourcuff; Fekir, Lacazette
