No midfielder in the Premier League looks more comfortable in the role than Mesut Ozil at the moment. He looks a much-improved player from the previous seasons and is one of the most important parts of Arsene Wenger’s plan to go to the top of the table. He also leads the table of assists all over Europe and will surely be the biggest threat on the night for the visitors. Pellegrini will surely have made a note of this and will want his team to close the German down as quickly as possible. Fernandinho, who plays just ahead of the back four will be responsible for keeping the German quite on the night. The defensive midfielder has been in good form off late and will relish this opportunity to prove his worth to the squad.

2.  Sergio Aguero vs Laurent Koscielny:

The Argentine striker when fully fit is easily one of the best strikers in the world. He is an intelligent player with superb technical ability. He is a team player who loves to take on defenders and present his team mates with goal scoring opportunities. He also has a bullet of a tight foot which often finds the net when in space. He will be up against the French International Laurent Koscielny who has been terrific for the Gunners this season. Koscielny has been consistently solid at the back and will have to be on his toes to afford no space to the striker who can easily hurt them. This battle in front of goal will surely have a huge say on the outcome of the game.

3. Olivier Giroud vs Eliaquim Mangala:

The summer signing for Manchester City, Mangala has not been at his best so far this season. He is strong and quick and is also good in the air but has not really adjusted himself to the Premier League. He will have his work cut out against an inform Olivier Giroud who has found some goal scoring form in the last few games. Giroud is an exceptional talent who can score different types of goals and provides Arsenal with a bit of dynamism up front. He is strong in the air as well and his battle with Mangala in the final third will be a treat to watch.
