Manchester United linked with Thomas Muller is a very common news for football followers nowadays.
During the summer transfer window, every media publication came out with a whole new story of Muller story everyday.
It is a known fact that Manchester United hierarchy are admirers of the German forward and they have the riches also to sign any player they want, but they have to realize that every player is not for sale. Muller is indispensable to Bayern Munich squad and he performs for them week in week out.
Bayern’s chief executive officer Karl-Heinz Rummenigge is furious with the Old Trafford club and he told numerous times that Muller will not be sold for any price.
The most recent quote from King Kalle is, “I told Woodward, I can’t switch off my e-mail account, so he should stop sending offers for Muller.”
Speaking about Premier League clubs’ spending spree this summer Rummenigge said: “Muller is not for sale. Our English colleagues seem to be unable to spend all of their money.”
He further said: “There might be English clubs who try their luck but it is nice to see that money isn’t everything – by which I mean Ramos, Muller, De Bruyne.”
Muller is a world cup winner with Germany and won every possible trophy with Bayern and plays a key role for Pep Guardiola’s team.
Being only 26 years old, he still has to offer a lot for his boyhood club, the club he loves.
It is ridiculous from Manchester United to make offers for any player they want. Just because they have money, they cannot sign anyone. It is better for Woodward to realize it as soon as possible and move for alternatives.
But it is Manchester United, maybe in the summer we will again see reports of them offering some 150 million pounds for him and again be mocked by Rumminigge after rejecting their bid.
