According to Bild, Bayern Munich are no longer in the race to sign Liverpool’s Raheem Sterling. It is believed Pep Guardiola’s brother Pere, also an agent, met Sterling’s agent Aidy Ward to discuss a possible transfer. Bild report Bayern Munich had to pull out of the race due to Sterling’s agent excessive demands and him wanting to stay at England . They also suggest Raheem Sterling could follow Rafa Benitez to Real Madrid, if he gets the job.

It is believed Bayern Munich are not the only club Raheem Sterling’s agent Aidy Ward is talking to, and despite rumours of him wanting to stay in England he might seal a move to Real Madrid. Earlier, Manchester United enquiry about a possible move for Raheem Sterling was immediately rejected by Liverpool, while Manchester City and Chelsea might be making their moves very soon. Rumours also suggest Arsenal might offer Theo Walcott and cash for the 20-year-old. Raheem Sterling has two years left in his current deal and sources close to the club believe an offer more than 50 million pounds might tempt the club to sell him.

Earlier, Raheem Sterling’s agent Aidy Ward confirmed his client wants to leave Liverpool in an interview, which he later denied giving.

He said: “I don’t care about the PR of the club and the club situation. I don’t care.

“He is definitely not signing. He’s not signing for £700, £800, £900 thousand a week. He is not signing.

“My job is to make sure I do the best with them (my clients). If people say I am bad at my job, or they are badly advised it does not matter.”
