One of the biggest stories of the summer, Zlatan Ibrahimovic dropped a huge hint at what he will be doing next season.

The Swedish international whose contract at PSG is set to end this season, made it clear earlier this month that he will leave the club in the summer which has alerted a number of high profile suitors from all over Europe.

At 34, Zlatan is still one of the most feared strikers in world football for both club and country.

His heroics this season have given the Paris outfit yet another domestic league title and have also propelled them into the quarter-finals of the Champions League this term.

But the 34-year old in a recent interview revealed that he might hang up his boots at the end of the season.

According to the Daily Mail, English clubs Chelsea, Manchester United and West Ham are all interested in signing him this summer but Zlatan revealed that he might think about retiring at the end of the season on a high.

The talismanic forward has won 12 league titles in his last 14 years at various clubs and has been one of the top goal-scorers in Europe over the years.

He has got better and better as his career has moved on, with the Ligue 1 side enjoying the best years of his career over the last couple of seasons.

However, even with lucrative offers on the cards, Ibra revealed that moving away from the game on a high is an option.

Speaking with Sweden’s TV4,”Next summer I could quit playing. Nobody has thought about it, but when you leave the game of football at the top people will really remember your last years well,” said the PSG star.

The biggest regret for the attacker is the fact that he has never won the Champions League trophy and this might drive him to play for another year or two.

But in the current form, his present club PSG are hot favorites to go all the way this season and if they are able to lift the trophy, Zlatan may well end his career as a PSG player.

He will represent Sweden in the EURO16 later this year and for a player of Zlatan’s caliber, a stint in the Premier League will only do good for his reputation.

However, he insisted that he is clear about his future and the route he wants to take for the next season.

“We’ll see how things go, I’ve made a decision now on my future, and it will be positive,” he added.
