Chelsea striker Diego Costa could be on a move away from Stamford Bridge this summer after his goal celebration in the game against Middlesbrough last weekend.
The Spaniard has been linked with a big-money move to China as Tianjin Quanjian are interested in signing the forward. The form of Costa has not been great in the second half of the season as the 28-year old has failed to replicate his unbelievable form that he displayed till December.
Costa is currently in his third season with Chelsea after making a move to London in the summer of 2014. He was close to moving to his former team Atletico Madrid last summer but manager Conte has convinced him to stay with Chelsea and the striker will soon be crowned as Premier League champion for the second time.
The talented talisman managed to put Chelsea on to lead in the weekend in the 23rd minute in their 3-0 win against Middlesbrough. However, the talking point has been his celebration as he was seen kissing, waving to the home crowd which is believed to be his way of saying goodbye.
Despite his dip in form, Costa has been one of the best players in Premier League this season as he has helped Chelsea to win some narrow wins as they are running towards another impressive Premier League championship.
The departure of Costa would be a massive blow to Chelsea as Conte will need to sign a world-class forward as their current backup striker Michy Batshuayi could also leave Stamford Bridge after failing to get opportunities in his debut season.
Diego Costa has managed to score 21 goals and 7 assists for Chelsea across all competitions this season. It remains to be seen if Chelsea can manage to get another classy forward as they will be participating in Champions League next season.
Romelu Lukaku and Alvaro Morata are two names that are considered as front runners with a move to Chelsea in summer if Costa leaves in search of another club for next season.
