Confirmed: Galatasaray makes a bid for star Manchester United duo

According to Turkish news outlet AMK, Galatasaray have offered Manchester United £4.25 million for German legend Bastian Schweinsteiger and Antonio Valencia.
The Turkish giants have reportedly valued Schweinsteiger at £3 million and Valencia at £1.25 million in what could be the deal of the summer.
Manchester United’s new manager Jose Mourinho have made needed changes to the squad by bringing in the likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, and Bailly. Paul Pogba is expected to join the club very soon.
The manager feels both the players are surplus to his requirements going into the be season.
Bastian Schweinsteiger have been banished to the U-23 squad as Mourinho made it clear that the midfielder is not in his plans for the upcoming season.
Schweinsteiger have turned 32 and Valencia turned 31 earlier this month as they are reaching the fag end of their careers.
Galatasaray are convinced that Schweinsteiger will move to Istanbul as they are ready to use Lukas Podolski as their chief convenor.
The Turkish giants have finished sixth in Super Lig last season and are planning to bring quality players this summer as they look to fight for a top place this season.
