Dortmund’s German International snubs Premier League clubs to join Arsenal

Borussia Dortmund’s German International Marco Reus is all set to join Arsenal by snubbing the offers he received from top European Clubs including Arsenal’s rivals Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool.

Currently, Marco Reus is the hottest property among the football clubs around the World after the winger refused to sign a long term deal with Dortmund. It means, Reus is up for the grabs in the 2015 summer transfer window. All top European clubs are waiting to get his sign over the dotted lines and in the past, he was expected to follow the footsteps of his former teammates Mario Gotze and Robert Lewandowski to Bayern Munich and the rumour was followed by yet another rumour linking Reus with Real Madrid after Bayern denied the rumours as they are looking for some targets which does not include Reus.

Arsenal manager is said to be a big fan of Reus and he is pondering his options to activate the £20 million release clause which becomes active at the end of the summer. Even the daily star reported that Reus is keen on working with Wenger than any other manager in the World. With this, Arsenal are set to get the services of the German International ahead of their Premier League rivals. It is just a matter of time that Marco Reus and club captain Mats Hummels will leave the club at the end of the season to some other top European clubs as they are the two most sought after super stars at present.

Dortmund are currently the last placed club in the Bundesliga table and beckon relegation from the top plight football at the end of the season. Apart from Reus, Arsenal also want the services of Real Madrid’s German mid-fielder Sami Khedira, Frenchman Morgan Schneiderlain and Portuguese midfielder William Carvalho.
