Real Madrid and PSG want Hazard

Chelsea forward Eden Hazard has reached an agreement with Spanish giants Real Madrid to join in summer, according to reports in Belgium.

The 26-year old has been one of the star players in Premier League this season as he has looked close to his previous best and helped Chelsea to reach to the top of the league.

Sports / Football Magazine claims that the Belgian has dreamt of moving to Real Madrid and have held talks with Real  Madrid’s director general, Jose Angel Sanchez at Brussels during the international break in November last year.

The Real Madrid view the Belgian superstar as a potential heir for Cristiano Ronaldo who is 32 at the moment and have seen a decline in his physical skills over the past year at Bernabeu.

Real Madrid Zinedine Zidane is also a huge admirer of the Belgian international and have urged president Florentino Perez to sign Hazard as their marquee signing this summer.

The report also claims that Hazard has told one of his close friends that he would join Real in his career, a few year ago.

Hazard said: ‘My plan, winning the title with Chelsea and being voted the best player of the Premier League, after which I want to sign at Real Madrid and win the Golden Ball.

‘Then I want to finish my career at PSG.’

The left winger has added more fuel to the speculations as he denied to comment on his new contract with Chelsea earlier and these signs suggest that he could be on his way to Madrid in summer.

‘There is no sign of a new contract for the moment. I am focused on the last month, and we will talk later,’ he said.

‘It’s not in my mind now. I have three years left.

‘I just want to finish the season well and we will see afterwards.’

However, it will not be an easy task for Real Madrid to sign Eden Hazard as he is one of the most important players for Chelsea and the Spanish giants will need to splash a lot of money to sign the Belgian considering he still has three years left in his current contract.
