Everton keen on loaning Manchester United star

According to latest reports, Everton have enquired Manchester United about the availability of Luis Nani for next season. The 28-year old have been in sensational form for his Sporting Lisbon this season.

Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal have made it clear that there cannot be any place for Nani in his system as the player failed to impress the Dutch manager. The 28-year old is then loaned out to his boyhood club Sporting Lisbon last summer.

The winger had an impressive season with Sporting Lisbon as he managed 11 goal goals in 34 appearances over the season. However, Louis van Gaal has the likes of Angel di Maria, Valencia, Young, Januzaj and Depay in his ranks for next season which makes Nani surplus to his requirements.

The player cannot be sold as clubs who are interested in him cannot fulfill his wage demands which made Sporting Lisbon unable to make his move permanent. With Everton interested in Nani, Manchester United are reportedly happy as his wages will make money for their transfer targets.

Nani has earlier said he has different expectations in England for next season and a move to Everton would prove his quality in Premier League which might lure more clubs to sign him.
