MAN UTD will keep a keen eye on Gary Neville managerial career

Manchester United legend Gary Neville has been appointed as Valencia’s head coach and Salford City FC the club he co-owns with other members, alongside Singaporean Businessman Peter Lim , played in the second round of the ongoing FA Cup.

Neville was an exceptional full back who played with the likes of David Beckham,Ryan Giggs and Paul Scholes during his time in Machester United.

He is considered as a gem among the players and was at his best under Alex Ferguson.

Following his retirement, he has a string of accomplishments under his name and he is also the assistant manager of England and has worked with Roy Hodgson.

He is putting his foot into the domain of managership and will be handling Valencia independently from now which will be a big test for his skills.

It is known that Gary is a very keen learner and goes about doing his work very seriously and it is no surprise that this post has been offered to him. The 40 year old works relentlessly and plans everyday accurately according to his close friends. Gary fought his way to play for England while his brother Phil was already playing for England since some time.

He was driven by thw work ethics of his father and his fierce dedication has brought him here according to fans.

Former Manchester United and England team-mate Rio Ferdinand has told that Man U would be watching Gary closely on his work with Valencia.

Since he has stepped into the managerial domain, fans are now excited that he may return to Man U.

It is a big opportunity which Gary will relish doing and everyone is watching closely to see how he handles Valencia.

“Valencia is a hot-bed of football. They take it seriously and are very passionate.

“The Mestalla is a great throw-back stadium, a tight ground with sheer sides and if he is under pressure he will certainly feel it.

“But if he can go on a run the momentum will build and the fans can really carry the team.” says Rio Ferdinand.

It is to be seen how well Gary will manage Valencia with Phil being the his assistant, given that former top players of Man U are watching him closely.
