Liverpool kick off their Anfield campaign for the 2015/16 season against Bournemouth later tonight as Brendan Rodgers looks to field most of his new signings including the £29million man Roberto Firmino.

Liverpool have bought shrewdly this summer following the sale of Raheem Sterling to Manchester City. Among the expensive new comers include Christian Benteke and the Brazilian Firmino. Considering the game is against Bournemouth, Rodgers might as well want to field his strongest side which will be built around Philippe Coutinho.

Defense would see the duo of Martin Skrtel and Momadou Sakho provide the stability alingwith Simon Mignolet and on the full-back position young guns Nathaniel Clyne and Joe Gomez look to prove their worth to the Anfield faith-fulls.

Midfield was tipped to be a worry for the reds following the departure of Steven Gerrard, however, James Milner and Jordan Henderson have given the Liverpool side a great deal of assurance and craftsmanship from the central midfield position.

As for the attacking caliber, Anfield side have got it in plenty with Philippe Coutinho being the key orchestrator with the dazzling Jordan Ibe and Roberto Firmino expected to play either side of him. Ibe is seen as the worthy replacement for Sterling and he certainly has done no harm to the hype surrounding him.

The key attraction for tonight’s game would come up top where Firmino and Benteke are expected to be playing alongside each other for the first time and it promises to be one spectacle, you would not want to miss if you are a Liverpool fan.
