Inter Milan have agreed personal terms with Santos midfielder Gabriel Barbosa as the Brazilian have landed in Milan to undergo a medical before completing the switch to Inter Milan.
The 19-year old is one of the most sought out players in the market as he has attracted the likes Juventus, Inter Milan, AC Milan and Atletico Madrid as well as Premier League clubs like Leicester City, Manchester United, and Chelsea.
Barbosa has featured in the Rio Olympics and won the gold medal for Brazil, the first ever gold medal for the football-crazy country in their history.
Santos President Roma have also confirmed that both Manchester United and Chelsea have made enquires about the attacking midfielder earlier. However, Inter Milan have made the deal for the talented Brazilian wonder-kid.
Barbosa have made his debut for Santos in 2013 and have become one of the most important players for the club in just three seasons as he managed an impressive 83 league appearances in the three years and went on to score 24 goals for Santos.
The player can play both on wings as well as in the middle which will give plenty of options for new Inter Milan boss Frank de Boer who recently replaced Roberto Mancini. Inter are keen to add more attacking options as they are interested in Chelsea and Liverpool target Joao Mario.
