Ibrahimovic might move back to Milan

Paris Saint-Germain’s star striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic would be open to a sensational return to AC Milan, according to a latest claim by the French champion’s former sporting director Ariedo Braida. If this latest report is to be believed then it would certainly be a huge blow for Premier League giants as United, Arsenal and Chelsea all are in the run to sign him.

34-year-old Ibrahimovic is all set to leave the Ligue 1 champions after his contract expires at the end of this season.

The Sweden skipper over the past few months has been linked with potential moves to the Premier League and MLS, but Braida, now head of Barcelona’s sporting commission, thinks a return to Milan may be possible next season.

Ibrahimovic enjoyed two seasons at AC Milan and netted over 50 goals in all tournaments before leaving for PSG, while he has also spent time at Inter.

“Ibrahimovic very much loves the city of Milan,” he said in an interview with Mediaset Premium.

“In my opinion, he could also decide to return to wear the Rossoneri shirt.”

Zlatan Ibrahimovic obviously fixes everything for the Rossoneri. include him to the forefront and suddenly Milan’s credentials are solidified. They have a world class striker, stopper and creator. Their defense is a work in progress, but it has proven to be pretty strong more times than not. If Mihazlovic wants to win something before he is shown the door following his boys’ poor run of form, changes have to come. Milan now are 6th in the Serie A standings.

Earlier Daily Mirror reported that Ibrahimovic already has been offered to Arsenal, as the free-agent-to-be all set to leave PSG at the end of this season. He was heavily linked with Premier League giants Chelsea and Manchester United, but the report suggested that Arsenal are now leading the race for his signature.

However reports from France reckon that Chelsea have already made the first move placing a bid of a two-year deal worth almost £20million, with Diego Costa now edging closer to an Atletico Madrid return this summer.

French newspaper L’Equipe further claims United are also very much interested, with Ibra being regarded as the perfect mentor for young Martial.

Meanwhile, his agent Mino Raiola has made a sensational claim that his client has already decided his next destination.
