Manchester United have now won laid their hands on two trophies under their new manager Jose Mourinho, who moved to the Old Trafford not even a year ago.

The Red Devils are currently in the 6th place in the points table, 13 points off Chelsea at the top but they have a decent chance of moving into the top-4 as they are just a couple of points off Arsenal in 4th.

The manager will be happy with the team’s recent performances, as his side are also active in the FA Cup and also in the Europa League, standing with a chance of making this season a historic one for the club in recent times.

The Red Devils will be ecstatic with the progress their team have made form the time under Louis van Gaal and will want Mourinho to stay at the club for a long time to help them back to their best, but they were dealt a huge blow late on Wednesday.

Spanish publication Don Balon now claim that Real Madrid are trying to lure Mourinho back to the Bernabeu at the end of the season.

Zinedine Zidane, the current manager at the club, has already helped them to their 11th Champions League title last season and is also close to landing the La Liga, the domestic league title in Spain.

They are also decently placed in Europe’s elite competition and have a chance to go all the way but the report claims that the Spanish outfit are not convinced with the progress made by the club under the Frenchman and want Mourinho to take charge of the club for the next season.

Jose Mourinho lifted his first major silverware at Old Trafford at Wembley with a 3-2 victory over Southampton in the League Cup final and it is understood that Real Madrid are interested in getting him back as he has the ability to win trophies wherever he goes.

As if that was not enough, Real are not the only club interested in his services next season.

Italian outfit Inter Milan are also looking to sign the Portuguese this summer, and are looking to offer him record wages to lure him to the San Siro this summer.

Inter have last won the Champions League under Jose Mourinho and will want him to get the glory days  back and it might be up to the manager if he wants to stay at the Old Trafford for another year, move back to Spain and try his hand in Italy.

Do you think Mourinho will leave Manchester United this summer?
