Liverpool striker completes long awaited move to France on deadline day

Liverpool fans finally have some good news as the club has managed to get rid of one of the many players at the club that are not in Klopp’s plans for the new season.

Italian maverick Mario Balotelli, who has been on the cusp of leaving the club all summer has finally managed to find himself a club to try and resurrect his career.

Jurgen Klopp, who was not even interested in giving him a chance at Anfield this pre-season put him up for sale at the start of the window with a number of Italian and Premier League clubs linked with a move for the Italian.


However, the 26-year old has been attracting interest from League 1 outfit Nice who are reportedly in desperate need of a striker.

The president of the club asked Mario’s mobile number in a press conference recently and it is now understood that the French outfit has completed the signature of the Italian maverick on a permanent deal.

However, for Liverpool fans who have started to rejoice, it is revealed that the 26-year old has left the club on a free transfer and has left the club with a loss of £16m and his wages for couple of seasons.

It is revealed that the striker completed his medical on Wednesday and is all ready to make an impact in France in the seasons to come.

He is also receiving a warm welcome from his new club who are already warming up for the Italian’s move to the club.

They posted a tweet on their official twitter handle welcoming Balotelli and making the move for the striker official.
