Liverpool target Bundesliga forward

According to latest reports, Liverpool are considering to make a bid for Bayer Leverkusen’s forward Son Heung-Min. Liverpool are facing a lot of problems in the final third as their attackers are unable to create and score as many goals as expected.

With the likes of Mario Balotelli, Rickie Lambert and Fabio Borini all failing to be effective in front of goal, Brendan Rodgers is considering all possible options to improve his attack.

With Sturridge getting injured quite often as the player managed just seven starts in Premier League this season, Sterling and Gerrard had just seven goals to their name shows how poor were Liverpool this season in front of goal.

With the departure of Luis Suarez, the goals are not coming easy for Liverpool despite signing Balotelli and Lambert. It is here Son Heung-Min comes as a important player as he can both create and score goals at ease.

The 22-year old has been in sensational form since joining Bayer Leverkusen in June 2013, netting 27 goals in the last two seasons for the German club.

Liverpool and Brendan Rodgers are considering a move for the versatile attacker as the club is ready to pay £15 million to sign the talented South Korean.

With Liverpool highly unlikely to qualify for Champions League next season, it is to be seen whether the player will consider a move to Anfield as Bayer Leverkusen have already qualified for Champions League next season.
