The Liverpool Boss Jurgen Klopp leads his team into Europa League final, which will be against Sevilla next week having reached the Capital One cup, although they lost to Manchester City at Anfield in his first campaign.
Yet it is unknown whether they will return with the trophy from Basel or not, but they will face a real difficult training schedule in July.
The 48-year-old German said: “It will be triple training sessions, of course. And in all the [pre-season] games, we will play out full training.”
“We have to do a lot to create a base for one year. We stop pre-season in the middle of August and maybe with those coming back from the Euros it will be difficult.”
“Football is about training and all that we have done is because of the work we’ve done together. We have a special plan of what we want to do with the boys.”
“Everything you do is based on physical potential and what you do in pre-season is key to that.”
Liverpool is currently holding the eighth position in the points table, and the only match remained is a trip to West Brom. They may well need to win the Europa League to avoid purely domestic football campaign for next season.
