Manchester United and Arsenal are set to write another chapter in their iconic history of rivalry. Often this fixtures has settled the Premier League titles over the years but the two giants of the English game are no longer in hunt for the Premier League this season.

Despite their poor record this season, both teams possess a star-studded squad which calls for a superb combined playing XI including the stars from both squads.

The selections are almost straight forward with David De Gea being the standout keeper in the league this season.

In Michael Carrick’s absence, Arsenal’s Francis Conquelin walks in to the team as the defensive midfield player. Attacking force comes in the form of creative Mesut Ozil and Juan Mata.
