The Premier League is host to one of the best talents in the world of football. Not just the players, even the managers in the League are expected to be of the highest standard keeping in mind the competitiveness of the league.

The hottest property in world football Pep Guardiola is all but set to make his way into the Premier League at the end of the season and Manchester City are expected to snap him up after it was reported that a deal has already been agreed between both the parties.

Guardiola has made it clear that he will leave the German giants at the end of the season and has also expressed his interest in handling a top Premier League club. With the stature of the man, Guardiola is scouted by Manchester United and Chelsea along with Manchester City to replace their managers at the end of the season.

Manchester City are at an awkward position with Pellegrini almost sure to be sacked at the end of the season irrespective of the results this season. But it has also put Pep Guardiola under immense pressure as he is now left to choose from the top clubs in the country.

Manchester United are just a few bad results away from letting go of Louis van Gaal and will be hoping to lure the Spanish master mind to the club. They are long term admirers of the club but were late in reacting even as City approached the manager two months ago.

They will feel the heat this season if they stick to van Gaal but the representatives of the club were told that no paper work was done regarding this deal and that there is slight hope for the Red Devils to land the ex-Barcelona manager.

The availability of Jose Mourinho leaves them with more problems. The club will be humiliated if they let go of Jose and give van Gaal a chance till the end of the season in a hope that they can replace him with Guardiola. It will really be a loss if they are not able to land Guardiola and will be left searching for another option at the end of the season.

Chelsea are in a more relaxed position with the interim manager Guus Hiddink just taking charge of the squad. The owner of the club, Roman Abramovich has always been an admirer of Guardiola and will be ready to splash any amount of cash to bring him to London.

But it will not be easy to persuade Guardiola as he is known to avoid working under Billionaires who are prone to sacking managers regularly, something Abramovich is widely known for.

With all this news, the City camp is urging the 44 year old to put pen to paper as soon as possible. However, Guardiola is known to leave his decisions till the last moment which means all of the football world will have to wait till the end of the season to know where he will ply his trade in the next season.
