shashi / 04 April 2015

After international Break, stars are back to the Premier League podium where they belong and an exciting Gameweek awaits us all. Premier League has been divided in to Chelsea and rest of the teams below them. While Chelsea aim to win the title, rest are battling to gain a top 4 finish.

Chelsea have been looking to start their title push for last few weeks but have been getting stumbling blocks every now and then. Arsenal and Liverpool has got everyone expecting a classic clash while developments of Manchester United will be seen closely.

All of this and more will be answered as the Prmier League kicks off in few horus and we bring you the Top 5 things to expect from the Gameweek 31 action of the Premier League.

Raheem Sterling to destroy Arsenal

Brendan Rodgers has laid down the “If you can’t join them, beat them” challenge to Raheem Sterling. The 20-year-old forward has attracted criticisms and caused enough havoc off the pitch giving his interview to BBC and he owes a sublime performance to the Liverpool fans.

On the flip side, Sterling might want to put in an extraordinary performance against Arsenal at Emirates, which would tempt Arsene Wenger to submit a massive bid for Sterling in the summer. Either way, expect Raheem Sterling to shine the brightest on Saturday evening.

Angel Di Maria to kick-start his Manchester United career?

Angel Di Maria took a bold decision in calling off his rumoured summer transfer to PSG. Di Maria told the French side to forget about signing him in the summer as he is determined to stay at United and prove his worth.

Since making that statement, Di Maria will play his first game for the Red Devils and one can fully expect him to be on his game. Till this point, I felt Di Maria lacked the intent to do well at Old Trafford now that he has that intent I truly expect to kick-start his Man United career.

Chelsea to have a tough time at the Britannia

Chelsea have not found it easy in recent times to kill their opponents and pile up the needed points to win the title. Chelsea have not been the side they were in the early months of campaign.

Jose Mourinho has strategically taken all the attention away from his team by giving stern press conferences. We can expect another of those well timed class Mourinho’s post match interviews as I expect Stoke to create troubles for Chelsea at the Britannia stadium.

Harry Kane to thrive on the opportunities against Burnley

Burnley have found it tough to stop the goal going in this season and with Harry Kane visiting them at Turf Morre, Sen Dyche will be figuring out a way to stop the Harrycane. Kane will come off fresh from scoring on his International debut and a shaky Burnley defence would give him plenty of chance to add to his tally of 19 league goals this season.

Strikers to score crucial goals for their teams

Premier League is blessed with some of the best stacking talents in the world. Likes of Wayne Rooney, Diego Costa, Sergio Aguero, Harry Kane and Olivier Giroud will eye goals for their teams as they resume their Premier League campaign.

Rooney, Costa, Aguero, Kane play against opponents where they will be fancied to score a goal while Giroud’s hot streak of form makes him a favourite to score the goal. Wild cards could be Romelu Lukaku and Griziano Pelle, who have found form lately and will be add to their recent goals.
