Tottenham to raid Arsenal target Kondogbia

Tottenham Hotspur are ready to join the race to sign Arsenal target and AS Monaco midfielder Geofferey Kondogbia. The 22-year old has been in impressive form with his performances for Monaco both in Champions League and Ligue 1.

The Frenchman has drawn interest from the likes of AC Milan, Inter Milan, Barcelona, Arsenal besides Tottenham. With Barcelona banned in transfer activity till January, all the other clubs are desperate to secure his transfer this summer.

However, AS Monaco are reluctant to sell the midfielder whom they bought two seasons ago from Sevilla. The French club want to hold on to their player this summer amid interest from big clubs of Europe. The club have slapped a massive £25 million price tag on the talented midfielder. 

Tottenham are keen to make some key additions to their squad and especially their defense which has let them down last season. The club are keen to add more quality to their defensive midfield and defense this summer.

Reports suggest that Tottenham have made an official bid which is worth just under £21 million as they look to sign Kondogbia. The sources confirm that Spurs are interested to bring PSG’s unsettled midfielder Yohan Cabaye and New Castle’s Sissoko to White Hart Lane next season.
