The man who used to work at a factory, a non league footballer at the age of 25, the one who earned just £30 each game, is now a Premier League record breaker! And that’s none other than Jamie Vardy, himself. The player who kicked a football professionally at 25, has now broken the record of Manchester United legend Ruud van Nistelrooy by scoring 11 goals in 11 games. Jamie’s story looks like a fairy tale, from rags to riches! Truly the best example of a never give up attitude.  Ever since, Vardy has broken the record, all big clubs have come running to him. Ofcourse who doesn’t want to sign a top class player!

The striker claims he is proud of his achievements and is really happy at King Power Stadium. He has no intentions of leaving the club and says that the club matches his ambitions.

“Yes, Leicester matches my ambitions,” he told Sky Sports News HQ. “I think the gaffer has come in and told the owners what he wants to do, and he wants to keep progressing.

“He wants to progress on what we did last year and then, in the years to come, he wants to keep us going up and up and up.”

Well, so Vardy has made it very clear that the 28 year old does not fancy changing his club in the near future. Well that concludes the big clubs have to keep waiting to buy the record setter. Also if the deal takes place in the future, it is obvious that it would be a sensational one.
