The famous thirty man over the top rope battle royal has not only bounded by the male superstars. Divas also competed in the Royal Rumble matches in past to earn the glory of competing in the grandest stage of them all; WrestleMania. But these female entrants have never been anything special except ‘just a female entrant’. Because it is too predictable that they are not going to win. Like Chyna who might have been the 9th wonder of the World but never been a real deal to win the Royal Rumble match. So it has always been so predictable that they are not going to be anything big. But it is also true that they have always been very interesting to the fans. Every time a diva entered a royal rumble match, the fans went absolutely nuts. Unfortunately, there were not enough tough divas in the history of WWE roster who could enter a royal rumble match. There were only three divas who competed in the past twenty five royal rumble matches, and none of them remained in the competition for a long time. Everytime a diva entered a Rumble match they eliminated at least one superstar from the match. Here are the names of those three divas competed in the Royal Rumble match and a small review on how they performed;
Chyna – The 9th Wonder of the World is the first Diva entrant in the Royal Rumble match and the only diva to compete in two different Royal Rumble matches. She entered her first Royal Rumble in 1999 as the final entrant of the match. In her first Rumble match, she had a stunning elimination by her name which was Mark Henry. She could not last long as she was eliminated by The Rattle Snake Stone Cold Steve Austin. The very next year she entered the Rumble as the entry number seventeen and she got a major elimination, yes, she eliminated Y2J Chris Jericho! But this time again, she could not last long as she was eliminated by the Big Boss Man.
Beth Phoenix – She was nick named as ‘The Glamazon’ by the WWE universe and she seriously deserves such a name. Many addressed her as ‘The Next Chyna’ but I say, she was even better than Chyna. Unfortunately, she could not continue her career with WWE when she had a lot more to offer. In Royal Rumble 2010, The Glamazon entered as the 6th entrant of the match. She stunned the fans by eliminating the seven foot Indian giant The Great Khali. Later, she was eliminated by CM Punk quickly.
Kharma – Kharma is the last diva entrant in the Royal Rumble. She entered the Rumble match in 2012 and unlike every diva royal rumble entrant, she also has an elimination by her name. She eliminated Hunico from that Rumble match. She was eliminated from the rumble match by Dolph Ziggler after one minute and eighteen seconds.
