Former WWE SmackDown Women’s champion Natalya who is also a former WWE women’s Tag Team Champion and a former WWE Divas Champion recently talked about the push that Liv Morgan and Toni Storm is receiving the right treatment now. She praised both women for whatever they did so far. Natalya is working in WWE for over fourteen years and she is one of the most influential wrestlers of WWE today.
Both of these women are being used for the women’s championships for their respective brands. Liv Morgan is having a feud with WWE Raw Women’s champion Becky Lynch and the feud is going on for quite a while now.
WWE RAW – Natalya Praises Liv Morgan and Toni Storm Push
Liv is receiving an amazing support from the fans after the way WWE built her character, and that is one reason for which we need to give credit to WWE. Just a number of months ago she was a sidekick of Ruby Riott, and now suddenly she is featuring on the main event of Monday night RAW along with Big Time Becks Becky Lynch.
Toni Storm on the other hand is also receiving a good push for the SmackDown Women’s Championship against Charlotte Flair. She recently had a Championship contender’s match against Charlotte Flair which she won by disqualification.
That doesn’t mean that she will feature on the title picture for quite a while. But it does not seem like she has any chance of winning the title at the stage of her career. But the push she is receiving is quite good.
The push of Liv Morgan is way more compact than the push of Toni Storm. It looks like Liv has earned her opportunity for this treatment, and Toni on the other hand just got handed the opportunity. So it is getting difficult for the fans to consider Toni as a worthy no 1 Contender. But she is quite young and has a long way to go, surely she will build herself as one of the top women of the promotion one day.
Natalya who is also a former WWE women’s Tag Team Champion and a former WWE Divas Champion recently spoke to Tuesday Wrestling Tuesday where she talked about the push that Liv Morgan and Toni Storm is receiving the right now. She said;
“You see somebody like Liv Morgan, I tweeted this the other day, ‘being underestimated is often our greatest tool and greatest asset. It’s our greatest chance to rise to the top and prove everyone wrong.’ I think we’re really seeing that with Liv.
“She’s getting momentum because she is not only believing in herself, but other people are ready to see different people get chances. I’m ready to see Toni Storm get a chance. I want to see Toni Storm become the SmackDown Women’s Champion so that I can kick Toni Storm’s ass. Toni Storm will beat Charlotte Flair because it’s time for a chance.
“Charlotte Flair, it’s a tough spot because there is only so much she can do and there are only so many places to go. Once you’ve done it all and have had and experienced everything, it’s really cool to watch other women rise to the occasion and get the chance. I’m excited to see Toni Storm get a chance.”
