Much like last year’s WrestleMania 39, WrestleMania XL also features a six woman tag team match which includes Damage CTRL just like last year. But two of the participants of the faction had been replaced. Last year, Bayley and Iyo Sky represented Damage CTRL but this year, they are working as rivals and they would face each other tomorrow and Iyo Sky would defend her WWE Women’s title against Bayley.
Asuka and Kairi Sane would represent Damage CTRL this year along with Dakota Kai. The team of Bianca Belair, Naomi, and Jade Cargill would challenge Damage CTRL this year. Bianca Belair’s fans are not happy with her booking this year since she featured on Women’s title matches for the last three consecutive years and her fans believed it was more of a demotion for her.

But there are excitements about this match since Jade Cargill would be working on her second match and she is also teaming up with Bianca Belair in this match which indeed is a dream match up. The babyface side is definitely the favorite in this match. Fans expected to have an excellent match.
This match had been booked as the fifth match of the night. Damage CTRL entered the ring first followed by the fan favorite team of Naomi, Jade Cargill and the former three times WWE Women’s Champion Bianca Belair. The event had been pretty predictable so far and this match was heavily in favor of the babyface side too.
The babyface side had been stronger of the two sides. Jade Cargill’s involvement in the match had been protected at first and she received extremely strong booking. As soon as she entered the ring it was total carnage and it never looked like Damage CTRL had any chance against The Storm.
Cargill had been extremely dominant in her short involvement in this match and nobody had any chance against ‘The Storm.’ At the end of the match, she hit her Jaded finisher on Dakota Kai and sat on top of her stomach to pin her and snatch a precious victory over Damage CTRL at WrestleMania XL.
