4. Virat Kohli (37 wins):
The current India skipper has been with Royal Challengers Bangalore right from the inaugural season of the IPL. He did not enjoy a lot of success in the first three years of IPL as a batsman but the franchise retained him ahead of the fourth edition and appointed him the vice-captain. He was appointed the captain of the team before the sixth edition in 2013 and led the team to fifth-place finish that year. In the next two seasons, the Royal Challengers finished seventh and qualified for the playoffs respectively before making it to the summit clash in 2016 where they lost to Sunrisers Hyderabad.
Overall, Kohli has led the Bangalore-based side in 75 matches so far, winning 37 of them and losing 33 with a win percentage of 52.77.
