WWE News: Alexa Bliss Commented On Leaving Smackdown And Her Goal On Raw 1

The women’s division on Raw got a drastic makeover with the Superstar Shakeup process. For months now, it was oriented with the trio Charlotte, Sasha Banks and Bayley.

Now, Charlotte has been shifted to Smackdown and was replaced by the former women’s champion, Alexa Bliss. This has certainly opened up the possibilities of some upcoming new feuds.

Alexa is said to be one of the biggest assets in the current roster of the WWE who has all the tools to become the cornerstone of the company. With the mic work that she has, she can own the audience, just like that. The Payback PPV will mark the beginning of her first title hunt on the flagship show.

Meanwhile, she would definitely be missed on the Smackdown roster. This is what she had to say about leaving the ‘land of opportunities’ in an interview with Fox Sports,

“I’m going to miss all the girls, obviously. I used to travel with Carmella a lot. I’m going to miss travelling with her, we had a lot of funny road stories. I’m going to miss the Usos. Everyone’s just so fun and hard-working and funny. The live events were a lot of fun. I was going to say Miz and Maryse, but they actually moved to Raw as well, so I won’t miss them. They’re awesome as well. They’re a couple [of] characters. I love it.”

“I found out pretty much that morning. The night before we got to travel, and were going to be able to travel where Raw was. I wasn’t sure if they were bringing people into the kind of throw us off or if we were actually being drafted to Raw. It was really cool because I’ve done a lot on SmackDown and now it gives me the opportunity to see what now I can do on Raw.”

The wicked witch of the WWE has her sights set on the Raw women’s championship. Not only that, she eyes to be the woman who takes the division by storm by becoming a champion on both the brands on the same year. This is what she had stated:

“A year from now I hope that I have been able to become Raw Women’s Champion. I would love to be able to hold both titles within a year, I think that would be an awesome opportunity. I’d really like to see our women in the main event at WrestleMania. Hopefully, in a year I’ll be women’s champion and have taken this division by storm.”
