The die-hard fans of Kurt Angle might have got a reason to cheer for, finally. Ever since he returned to WWE during the Wrestlemania weekend, fans wanted to see him featuring into in-ring actions. However, he had to satisfy with just his Raw GM role which might have changed a bit starting from this week’s Raw.
The storyline started after a commercial break on the show when Corey Graves, a member of the WWE commentary team has left his desk and went to meet the Raw commissioner to give him a very important message.
He wanted to pass it to Kurt Angle as early as possible to save his position in the company. The messages called him as “a disgrace and an embarrassment to the WWE.” Graves further claimed that he showed the messages to Kurt Angle so that nothing can interfere his post of the Raw General Manager.
It is very interesting to involve Graves into the matter. Since he is the one to play the heel commentator on Raw, it is definitely someone heel who would have passed the texts to him in order to build an upcoming rivalry.
The second name is obviously Triple H who is the first name for the creative when it comes to deciding Angle’s future opponents. The Game, too, is off from WWE TV ever since Wrestlemania 33 is over and this feud will be a perfect reason for his comeback.
Since the storyline is beginning around now, there’s a slight chance the gradual build up will be made around the next couple of months so that Kurt Angle can take part in a match at this year’s Summerslam. There’s nothing that WWE would not do to sell out the 30th anniversary of the event.
