WWE News: What Happened Once Extreme Rules PPV Went-Off The Air: June 4, 2017 1

A blockbuster fatal-5-way main event closed last night’s Extreme Rules PPV.

It was Samoa Joe who stood tall in the end. He became the new number contender for the Universal Championship by locking in the devastating Coquina Clutch and cause Finn Balor to get choked. The PPV concluded with Joe celebrating but there’s plenty more to come following the main show.

Sheamus & Cesaro could not be more proud of themselves after winning the Raw tag team championships for the second time. Following the show, they celebrated their victory by giving an interview and filming a brand new episode of Ride Along for the WWE Network.

The Miz announced that the ‘Intercontinental Championship comeback tour’ has just begun with an interview during the fallout show of Extreme Rules. He also appeared on the Raw Talk show with his wife, Maryse.

They both continued with their usual antics with Renee Young to make the environment quite a hostile one. Thankfully, Corey Graves arrived to calm The Miz down in time.

Rich Swann and Sasha Banks were also spotted having a good time on the fallout show as well as on Raw Talk. The Boss noted on the show that the two of them has finally managed to break the curse of WWE superstars not being able to win at their hometown, recently.

In case you don’t know, Baltimore is the hometown for Rich Swann and they did pull off a big win. Sasha also stated that she is going to console Bayley for her loss at Extreme Rules. Plus, when Graves asked Swann to take Sasha on a date, she admitted that she is married to someone.

Samoa Joe was the last one to join the Raw Talk show where he mentioned that the WWE universe will finally get to witness the dream match of Brock Lesnar vs. Samoa Joe. He is preparing for this match for a long time now.

He promised to bring the fight to the beast incarnate at the Great Balls of Fire PPV, next month. With that being said, Renee and Corey closed the show inviting us to join on Monday Night Raw, tonight.
