WWE News: Big Announcements For Monday Night WWE Raw 1

With the Money in the Bank PPV being history now, WWE is looking forward to building up the storylines perspective for the next PPVs in line. There will be two events happening in the month of July. The first one is the Raw-exclusive PPV, Great Balls of Fire on July 9th, whereas, the second one will be the Battleground PPV from Smackdown on July 23rd.

The buildups for the first one have already been started, whereas, the second on is looking forward to doing so from this week, onwards. As reported previously, WWE Smackdown will witness the return of Rusev and the couple, Maria Kanellis and Mike Bennett on this week’s edition. If that’s not all then the General Manager of the show, Daniel Bryan will also be back, as announced officially.

There is a plethora of news for the flagship show of WWE Raw, as well. We already know that Roman Reigns will make a bigger announcement for the Summerslam PPV, on this edition. The Guy has already promised to come up with a huge one to which some might be glad and some might not be.

In addition, Seth Rollins has confirmed to give another breaking news. However, this time, it will not take place on Raw. Rather, he will make an appearance on ESPN Sportscenter where the mystery will be revealed. The show will be broadcasted on today from 10.30 AM onwards.

Although he has not given a clue of what exactly this announcement is going to be, the rumour mill does have some spoilers. Seth Rollins might very well break the news that he is going to be the cover of the WWE 2K18 video game.

Every year, WWE releases a new version of this annual video game with a new superstar as the cover of it. Last year, it was Brock Lesnar. This year, AJ Styles and Rollins were the shortlisted ones but The Architect might have been finalised.

This huge news should be broadcasted on WWE Raw, as well as we will witness another return on the night. The Revival is supposed to make their return after almost two months. One-half of the team, Dash Wilder suffered a broken jaw to get sidelined from in-ring competition after Wrestlemania.

Upon return, they are the most likely one to be revealed as the mystery attacker of Enzo and Big Cass for the past couple of weeks. Hence, a feud between these two former NXT tag teams will kick-start from tonight.
