Prior to signing with the WWE as part of the first season of NXT back in 2010, Daniel Bryan used to wrestle in independent circuits around the globe. Primarily, he earned a name for himself in the Ring of Honour promotions. Plus, he also rose to the occasions while being under contract with the New Japan Pro-wrestling in Japan.
Going by the recent reports that day is not far behind when the Smackdown General Manager will be heading towards his roots, once again. His WWE contract will be over in 2018 around Wrestlemania 34 season. He is not willing to renew the contract since the company would not allow him to wrestle anymore.
But, pro-wrestling is the first love of wrestler like Daniel Bryan who is said to be one of the very best in the modern era. If anybody in the WWE Universe gets the biggest pop, it’s undoubtedly him. Despite not being an active wrestler anymore, the crowd just burst out everytime his music hits the arena. So, Bryan is not planning to quit wrestling, anytime soon as per the demand of the fans.
His recent activities also suggest the same. In an interview with Sports Illustrated, he clarified that how much he is keeping himself fit for an in-ring return. Plus, he congratulated to the current Ring of Honor World champion with a warning message to come after him.
