India clinched the 5-match ODI series against the hosts West Indies after securing a victory in the final match of the series at Sabina Park (Kingston, Jamaica).
After winning the toss, West Indies decided to bat first and managed to score 205 runs (205/9) at the end of 50 overs. In reply, India reached the target in 36.5 overs after losing just two wickets.
India won this last ODI of the series by 8 wickets and also took over the 5-match ODI series with the margin of 3-1 lead.
