Last week, Braun Strowman was absent from WWE Raw after he dominated Brock Lesnar with his inhuman strength during the Summerslam week.
In his absence, the beast incarnate was booked to deliver a promo against his championship contender at the No Mercy PPV.
But, this week, the monster among men will make his return to Monday Night Raw. As per the current advertisement from the WWE, he might be booked to make yet another emphatic statement before heading into the title match later this month.
The next edition of Raw will be headlined by a steel cage match that will feature two giants in the WWE. It will be Strowman taking on against the Big Show. In case you don’t know, the upcoming episode of WWE Raw will mark the Labor Day special edition and hence it might be a desperate move by the officials to boost the ratings.

WWE.com posted the following while confirming the massive clash on the flagship show:
“When Strowman and the giant last collided one-on-one, the juggernauts caused the ring to collapse under their combined weight after a massive superplex by The Gift of Destruction. We can only imagine what kind of havoc they will unleash on each other — and their surroundings — when they enter the unforgiving steel.”
These two monsters have had quite a few confrontations, earlier, that caused in some bigger moments. The last time they featured in a match, the entire ring collapsed by a suplex from Strowman. Since he is the number one contender for the Universal Championship, we can expect similar antics from him to deliver a message to Brock Lesnar.
I know y’all haven’t forgotten about the last time… #ReinforceTheRing https://t.co/yeCoJruUZI

On the other hand, the world’s largest athlete is present on Raw to work as a veteran. He is on the verge of retirement, after spending over two decades in the WWE locker room. These days, he is being given the task of putting over newer talents. So, it is quite evident that he might end up losing the match after the clash.
Previously, he was booked in a feud with Big Cass at Summerslam which was won by the latter one. Now that rivalry is over; he will become the jobber for Braun Strowman.
