WWE News: Triple H Suggests that Roman Reigns has Already Turned Into a Heel 1

When it comes to Roman Reigns, the debates are always constant about his characteristics. As per the WWE, he is the biggest babyface of the company.

Vince McMahons considers him as the new franchise player of the company after John Cena. The Cenation Leader is not available nowadays 24*7, and hence the company needs someone who would represent them all the time.

This role was given to the Big Dog of the WWE who claims that “this is his yard”, now. There has always been a natural heat of the fans over Roman Reigns’ character. But, it has gone to a whole new level following his win against The Undertaker. At this year’s Wrestlemania, he defeated the Deadman which led him to a potential retirement.

It is quite evident, from that night onwards, the fans just can’t stand his presence. Every time, he comes out, he gets showered with insane boos. It is the reason why some of the veteran names have always wanted to turn him into a heel that might save his career. At one point, former franchise players like The Rock or Stone Cold too had acted as villain personas.

In a recent interview with ESPN FirstTake, WWE COO, Triple H opened up about the inevitable question of whether the officials are thinking to turn Reigns into a heel. Hunter came up with a surprising answer which is as follows:

“When people say, ‘they should just turn Roman,’ why? For the people that hate him, he’s already turned. And for the people that love him, they don’t want him to turn.”

Reigns has reached a certain status in the company where it does not matter whether people cheer him or boos him. The thing that matters is to put him into the main event scene. Even if people do not like him, they will pay to see him on every single show. It is why Vince McMahon values him the most.

When it comes to selling tickets or an entire PPV, no one is more dependable than “The Guy”. It is why he has main-event three consecutive Wrestlemania PPVs, and we should not be surprised to see him in yet another one, next year.
