Manchester City top target Kevin de Bruyne is going to be offered a huge £100,000-a-week contract in a attempt to keep him at Wolfsburg next season. The former Chelsea player has been a sensation in Bundesliga this season as he has already won Bundesliga player of the season 2014-15 ahead of Arjen Robben.

The Belgian international has earlier confirmed that Manchester City are keen on his services but Wolfsburg have offered a huge deal to keep him with them next season. The 23-year old has scored 10 goals and made 20 assists in his first Bundesliga season for wolfsburg and helped them to secure Champions League football next season.

The midfielder has drawn interest from the likes of PSG, Bayern Munich, Manchester United besides Manchester City and has hinted he would move to a potential club if the right offer comes along.

Wolfsburg sporting director Klaus Allofs said: “We’ll sit down with Kevin’s advisors.”

The Belgian still has four years in his contract at Wolfsburg as he had just seen his first year with the club. de Bruyne is very important to Wolfsburg campaign next season as they are keen to remain competitive both in Germany and Europe.

The Wolves are very keen to keep de Bruyne with them as they qualified for Champions League after 6 years. de Bruyne has turned in to world-class midfielder since his move from Chelsea to Wolfsburg last January.
