WWE News: Twitter War Broke Out After WWE Employee Wishes Matt Hardy’s Death 1

At this time, Matt Hardy is not booked in any of the matches at the TLC PPV. Ever since coming back to the company at Wrestlemania 33, he was able to get more success with his brother Jeff Hardy by his side. They had quite an interesting run with the number seventh tag team championship under their wings.

But, all of a sudden, the momentum stopped after Jeff suffered an injury and was forced to undergo a shoulder surgery. This is supposed to sideline him for more than six months which means he cannot make his comeback until the Wrestlemania season. Matt has not been able to find an established status as a solo performer, since then.

Meanwhile, an unfortunate incident occurred on Twitter where a WWE employee apparently wanted to see a dead Matt Hardy. This made Reby Hardy, wife of Matt infuriated incurring a lengthy war on the social media site.

The issue started after a fan posted a tweet expressing his will to see Matt Hardy as the fifth competitor at the upcoming TLC main event match featuring The Shield. The Miz, Sheamus, Cesaro, Braun Strowman were already confirmed for the match where Kane was inserted as the 5th member at the very last moment on this past edition of Raw.

Since Matt is babyface superstar, the chances of being the last member in a heel team were pretty less. Hence, Julie Youngberg, wife of Shannon Moore replied to the tweet stating that she wished ‘dead Matt’ should be the fifth member of the match. Julie is also a WWE employee and hence has been known to Matt’s family.

Previously, Shannon used to be the training partner of the Hardy Brothers. So, they too had some connection with the lady. So, an infuriated Reby backfired on Julie’s comments.

Interestingly, this was not the first time that Julie and Reby got into a twitter war. At one point, Julie claimed that Matt was not the father of Reby’s child. At that point, Reby also accused her of being in an extramarital affair with former WWE Superstar, Justin Gabriel.
