WWE News: NXT Superstar Got Involved Into Emma’s WWE Release 1

As reported earlier, WWE Superstar Emma was released from the company at the beginning of the week. It turned out to be a big surprise for the fans. The Australian Diva has always been considered as a talented one who deserves more on the main roster. But, WWE creative team did not intend to give her the spotlight for some unknown reasons.

So, the officials might have concluded that it’s better to release her from the contract rather than sitting her out for shows after shows. Many of the fans do believe that this release might give her career a boost, as she will get to showcase her talent in the indie scene. But, she might have to wait for three more months, as WWE has a no-competition clause for 90 days.

Speaking of this leads us to the just the bygone matches with Asuka at TLC and on WWE Raw, last week. Emma gave quite a strong fight to the Empress of Tomorrow upon her debut on the main roster. The TLC PPV match turned out to be one of the best matches in 2017 from the female division.

However, controversies began when the new NXT superstar, Lio Rush commented negatively after Emma lost the match against Asuka. He did not think that Emma was a suitable one to be pitted against the dominant NXT Women’s Champion. It was his comment,

“I guess these are the things that happen when you’re not TRULY ready for Asuka.”

The tweet went viral in no time, as numerous WWE superstars alongside the NXT stars started to react to such nasty comments from Rush who has just arrived in the big league of WWE. Check out some of the replies, here.

The new talent understood his fault and went on to post another long message to apologise to Emma. It happened following the female star’s release from the company.

It is quite evident that after such unacceptable comments on a public platform, the new talent will be on the receiving side of backstage heat in the future. It will be interesting to see how he overcomes it and make a name for himself.
