Last night’s WWE Raw was hosted in a pre-taped format instead of going live.
The show opened up with already announced Miz Tv segment with Kurt Angle being the special guest on the show. It was expected to be a heated segment where The Miz stole all the thunders from Kurt Angle. The Raw GM fell short with the mic in hand making it a decent opening segment.
The following match was another boring fest on the show, as Jason Jordan and Elias did not manage to get any reactions during their contest. Even when the babyface superstar grabbed the guitar and punished the heel one, the audience was quite indicating Jordan needs to improve a lot.
Decent opener. I loved The Miz on this. Kurt Angle wasn’t as convincing on the microphone. Miz can’t do any wrong right now. #RAW

In the women’s division, Asuka and Sasha Banks were granted spots at the Survivor Series PPV. Quite interestingly, Bayley was taken out of the equation, as Alicia Fox chose Sasha over the Hugger. It was quite interesting considering that it might be the beginning of the Bayley vs Sasha feud on WWE Raw.
Two big matches on the show get the non-finish treatment. Again, it begs the question of why do it in the first place? #RAW

The segment where Kane and Braun Strowman confronted earned a lot of cheers from the fans. They chose to fight another day, as Kane was shoved off the ring by the monster among men.
Great chemistry with Rollins/Ambrose and Cesaro/Sheamus as always. Not their best match, but way better than anything on #RAW tonight.

The finishing of the show turned out to be quite chaotic with the New Day coming out on Raw indicating another invasion on Raw. It made the tag team title match a drama-oriented, as Sheamus connected with the brogue kick to pin the reigning champs and become the new tag team title holder.
Overall, the main event saved what was a largely phoned in show before the UK crowd, which seemed subdued all night. #RAW
