WWE Survivor Series 2017 PPV Results With Videos: November 19th, 2017 1

Last night WWE hosted the last dual brand PPV of the year 2017. It was a bigger occasion of 30th annual Survivor Series where Raw and Smackdown brand went head to head for brand supremacy on each other. Big names filled up the match card for the traditional tag team elimination matchup from the men’s division to make it a star-studded night. Here are the results from the night hosted by the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas.

WWE Intercontinental Champion The Miz Vs WWE United States Champion Baron Corbin
The presence of Maryse at the ringside was not enough to give Miz the victory at Survivor Series. Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel tried to interfere in the match, as well to do a favour for The Miz but met with the End of Days to get neutralized. After that, Corbin hit his finishing manoeuvre on the IC champion to get the pinfall win which was the first victory for Smackdown on the night.

RAW Tag Team Champions Sheamus and Cesaro Vs SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos
The Bar and The Usos are the two veteran tag teams in the present WWE and gave us a roller-coaster ride at the Survivor Series. The Bar was in the control of the match for the better part. Cesaro tried to end it early by locking in the Sharpshooter. But, Jey Uso escaped the lock as Sheamus tagged in. Thereafter, The twin brothers hit a superkick on Sheamus and followed it up with a splash to pick up the victory.

RAW Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss Vs SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair
The Goddess of the WWE was in control for the early part of the matchup. Charlotte came back into the contest by throwing her opponent into the turnbuckle area and connecting with some Flair chops. After that, she locked in her pendant Figure Eight lock on Little Miss Bliss to make her tap out and emerge victorious at Survivor Series.

WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar Vs WWE Champion AJ Styles
It was an incredible scene as these two superstars locked horns inside the ring. Lesnar tried to gain the upper hand by hitting German suplexes on Styles, at the earliest. The WWE Champion came back with some fore-arms on the Universal Champion. He also tried to put down his opponent with the Calf Crusher. But, it took only a few seconds for the beast to get up and hit an F-5 and get the victory at Survivor Series, all of a sudden.

The Shield vs. The New Day
Both the teams received huge pops from the crowd. Big E worked for the most of the match, but he was neutralized to a combined force of Ambrose and Reigns who sent him into the barricade. Kofi Kingston tried to connect with his finishing manoeuvre to get the upper hand only to digest a spear from Roman Reigns. The Shield then hit the pendant powerbomb to pick up the win.

Traditional 5-on-5 Women’s Survivor Series Elimination Match (Team Alicia Fox vs Team Becky Lynch)
A plethora of eliminations took place in this match from the get going as Becky Lynch was the first to get eliminated by Bayley. Nia Jax was counted out as Bayley fell victim to a superkick from Tamina. Sasha Banks tapped out to the sharpshooter after taking out Naomi with the Bank Statement. Asuka remained the only one from team Raw who eliminated Natalya and Tamina, consecutively to become the sole Survivor for her team.

Traditional 5-on-5 Survivor Series Elimination Match (Team Kurt Angle vs Team Shane McMahon)
Smackdown was on the back-foot from the very beginning with Nakamura and Bobby Roode suffering early eliminations at the hands of Strowman. John Cena and Randy Orton eliminated Samoa Joe and Finn Balor to give an advantage to the blue brand, but they were eliminated leaving Shane McMahon, high and dry.

Kurt Angle was about to finish the job when Triple H turned on him hitting a pedigree to earn the victory for Team Raw. Braun Strowman was not happy with The Game crossing the lines and hence gave him two running powerslams to close the Survivor Series 2017 PPV.
